01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the nustarapp platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the nustarapp Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

nustarapp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on nustarapp, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino and sports betting services.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of nustarapp, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from nustarapp or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. nustarapp reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, or SSS ID).

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) nustarapp account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your nustarapp account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and communications sent through your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

You must:

• Keep your nustarapp login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Use a strong, unique password for your nustarapp account and update it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Notify nustarapp support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that your registered Philippine mobile number and email address remain current and accessible.
• Log out of your nustarapp account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

nustarapp will never contact you to request your password, OTP, or full payment card details via any channel. Any communication purporting to be from nustarapp that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the nustarapp Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• nustarapp accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability.
• Deposits are credited to your nustarapp account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. nustarapp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Only funds deposited from payment accounts registered in your own name will be accepted. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your nustarapp account.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
• nustarapp reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes; bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• nustarapp reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

nustarapp offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement") that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your nustarapp account. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering transactions unless otherwise specified.
• nustarapp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already in progress under a valid bonus will be honoured.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering conditions.
• Any attempt to abuse the nustarapp bonus system – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements – will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

06 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the nustarapp Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. nustarapp does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• nustarapp uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers and are subject to the rules of the respective game variant.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, nustarapp reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may be adjusted by nustarapp at any time.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• nustarapp reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nustarapp Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating more than one nustarapp account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any nustarapp game or system feature.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any nustarapp software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nustarapp staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the nustarapp Platform – including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video – is the exclusive property of nustarapp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any nustarapp content without prior written authorisation.
• Use any nustarapp trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any nustarapp content or software.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of nustarapp intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

09 Privacy & Data

nustarapp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
• nustarapp does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory bodies as required by law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nustarapp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any decision made by nustarapp in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or bet voiding.

nustarapp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nustarapp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nustarapp makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

nustarapp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in nustarapp's dormant account policy.

Upon account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting nustarapp support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12 Responsible Gaming

nustarapp is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their nustarapp account settings at any time.
• Session time reminders are available to help players monitor the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion through nustarapp support.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• nustarapp staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively reach out to players displaying concerning patterns.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and nustarapp, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting nustarapp support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.

For disputes relating to the fairness of a game outcome, nustarapp's records of the relevant game session shall be considered the primary evidence, subject to any independent audit findings.

14 Amendments to These Terms

nustarapp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nustarapp will notify registered players via the contact details on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the nustarapp Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
